2. What data we collect and why

Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form on our Site, we collect your name, company or brand name, phone number, email address, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing. We do not add you to any mailing list.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Technical data

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives your IP address, browser type, and device information as part of normal internet traffic. We do not use this to identify you individually.

3. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your enquiry data passes through the following services in the course of being delivered to us:

  • Resend — processes your form submission in order to deliver it to our inbox
  • Google — provides Google Analytics and the Google Workspace inbox into which your enquiry is delivered
  • Cloudflare — hosts the Site and processes traffic passing through it

These are data processors acting on our instructions. They do not use your data for their own purposes.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.

5. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies for two purposes:

  • Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to track aggregate Site usage
  • Session cookies — set by the Site for technical operation

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the Site.

6. Children

Our Site and services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us at hello@roll.agency and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access — you may request details of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed
  • Right to correction — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer have grounds to hold it
  • Right to grievance redressal — you may raise a privacy complaint with us and we will respond within 30 days
  • Right to nominate — you may nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hello@roll.agency.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, in accordance with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011. Our Site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted securely.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Grievances

If you have a privacy complaint or wish to exercise your rights:

Email: hello@roll.agency

Post: Rollcomm Worldwide Private Limited, C2 Shiv Sagar, Amboli Naka, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058, India
